For a county public-record request, use Minidoka County's records form and submit it to the proper custodian by fax, email, mail, USPS, or hand delivery. The county routing page lists the sheriff route as fax 208-436-9561 and email ytorrez@minidokacounty.id.gov. The Sheriff's Records Division also directs requesters to complete the records request form and allow three business days for a response.

  • For someone in adult county jail custody, start with jail inmate records and the Mini-Cassia Criminal Justice Center at 208-878-1000.
  • For booking photos or recent booking details, use jail roster mugshots and the Sheriff's Records Division when a record is not online.
  • For charges filed after an arrest, use court records after a jail arrest and the Magistrate Court contact.
  • For facility-specific information, use the adult jail and juvenile detention pages.
  • For a sentenced Idaho prisoner, search the Idaho Department of Correction Resident/Client Search instead of the county jail roster.
  • For federal sentenced custody or immigration custody, use the Federal Bureau of Prisons locator or ICE Online Detainee Locator as separate federal systems.
